Lewis Norton was founded in 2004 by two partners who believe that both clients and candidates are better served by a specialised firm offering personal and professional service.   • We have undertaken mandates globally in all areas of Investment Research for Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. We are global leading specialists in sourcing Supervisory Analysts, Editors, Production Staff and Research Compliance.

  • We are regularly retained to undertake a targeted and discrete talent acquisition assignment for clients, drawing up shortlists of candidates to approach with regards to a particular key position. Often the profile required is so specific, or the case so sensitive, that it is the most appropriate recruitment tool. Working closely with our clients and drawing upon our extensive market contacts, we thoroughly screen individuals for their suitability for particular roles.

  • Often a database search, where our research team analyses our comprehensive list of specialised industry professionals, is the most effective method of identifying a strong shortlist of candidates. Our research team constantly develops and improves our database by identifying new talent in our target areas to ensure clients are provided with up-to-date information about the best candidates in their chosen markets.

  • We will only undertake an advertised search if requested by the client. Working from a detailed client brief, we will project manage the recruitment process from beginning to end. This will include response handling, interviewing and screening all potential candidates, providing clients with a detailed shortlist of candidates and working with both client and candidate through offer to acceptance stage.

  • We thoroughly understand and have welcomed the changes which social networking sites have offered recruiters, and we actively utilise these sites to identify talent.

We understand that searching for the right position is stressful even under the best circumstances, and we will not pressure you to go on interviews or accept positions you are not comfortable with.
Unlike traditional agencies, we deal directly with the decision makers and are able to negotiate with them on your behalf – this means that we have access both to unadvertised positions and those who ultimately decide who fills them.
The candidates we deal with are usually happy where they are.
